Parents and children are often troubled by "children being too excited to sleep and lack of parent-child interaction" before bed. Pilates home parent-child pre-sleep relaxation training uses "gentle stretching + breathing meditation" interactive movements, 15 minutes a day, to help children calm their emotions, relax their bodies, and enhance parent-child bonding, making pre-sleep time more warm.

The core interactive movement "parent-child supine spinal twist": parents and children lie flat side by side with knees bent, feet on the ground, parents hold the child's hands, inhale to prepare, exhale to slowly lower their legs to one side together (turn their heads to the opposite side), feel the stretch of the waist and back, hold for 10 seconds and then switch sides, 3 times per side. This movement relaxes the trunk muscles and relieves the child's physical tension after daytime activities. Paired with "parent-child breathing meditation": parents and children sit cross-legged face to face, parents gently place their hands on the child's shoulders, guide the child to perform "abdominal breathing" (abdomen bulges when inhaling, contracts when exhaling), and breathe synchronously for 5 minutes, helping the child calm emotions and prepare for sleep.

Training suggestions: Carry out 30 minutes before bed every day, dim the room lights and play soft music; movements are gentle and slow to avoid tiring the child. After 1 week of persistence, the child's bedtime is shortened by 20%, sleep at night is more stable, and the rapport between parents and children is significantly improved.
